Pole Dancing is not only a great cardio vascular exercise but also great for muscle building, body toning, flexibility, body posture and grace.  Pole dancing is fun and is a full body workout. As the moves become more complicated the body will be put in more demanding positions.  Some of these positions can mean supporting the whole of your body weight on one arm or leg. You can expect increased muscle definition and toning all over especially in the arms, abs, thighs and buttocks.
